Great bakery shop had been for a long long time, owner was very nice and has expanded additional shop space for hi-tea and snack dine in experience which is nice, food quality is ok with egg puff and eggs in noodles overcooked, the chef need more training of put a bit more heart into the food, need to walk to reception to get menu and pay for order, not sure this is a fast food place or maybe order and go sandwich / bakery, but orders delivered to our desks maybe like McDonald style? Their backers business has been there for a long long time, almost like my childhood memories, I am not that old. Overall experience was great, need to improve dine in food quality control and backers business still very strong and nice.
My favorite bakery in town!!!!! Cheap price for all their item and love their fruit cake. You can always customize the cake just to send them a photo. Got a huge portion of my cake for under $100. Highly recommended this store for whoever love bakery items! Will definitely come back again and please stay in business forever!
I was very satisfied with my cake I bought for my grandma’s birthday. I asked for it to not be too sweet. They informed me that all of their cakes are less sweet. I decided on a 8 inch vanilla fruit cake for $60. Now let me tell you something! I prefer savory over sweet. I do not care for cake or cookies or candy. BUT this cake was delicious and everyone ate it! Most importantly, grandma loved it! So yes! Get all your cake needs here! They have so many designs to choose from and they had my cake ready in an hour so you can also get it day of! Wonderful bakery! Would definitely come back to try the other delicious baked goods they provide as well!
My sister and I wanted to try this place after we saw the advertisement from our Facebook group... When we went there , we decided to share a crepe. We decided on the strawberry crepe that comes with a Nutella, whipped cream and fresh strawberries... As we were waiting the employee came up to us with two custard tarts and apologized that there is a wait and as an apology gift she gave us the tarts .. we didn't expect that and not we didn't care about the wait.. we were on lesuire time and just wanted to relax and enjoy the atmosphere... Even though it took 45 minutes, it was worth the wait... The crepe dish was the best crepe we ever had in a long time .. it was nice and warm and the batter was made at the time of order, you can watch the fruit being cut in front of you while you wait.. I highly recommend if you're patient, don't mind waiting and wanting the fresh warm best crepe of your life. Oh the egg custard tarts are excellent too . Will be going back soon with the family to experience an excellent time and fill their tummies with crepes... Just a little secret... The crepes are big and filling, sharing with a person you like, makes it more enjoyable when you're fighting for the last bite . Lol
They took a custom birthday order for a Labubu themed cake for our 8 year old daughter Beatrice, she loved it. It looked amazing and tasted amazing as well. Will be back for future orders :)
My son is crazy about mangoes! So I called up all the bakeries in town and this was one of the two that had mango cake. I got two cakes from both bakeries and this one was by far the best with fresh mangoes. The frosting is a whipped cream frosting, and the cake itself is more denser. But it all went together very well and was not too sweet and delicious. (Although I will say it was quite pricey…. For a 6 inch cake it was $47, ouch! )
I was in the shopping center eating a sandwich and was kinda thirsty so I stumbled upon this place and I was like let me get something to drink. Once I walked in, I was kinda of shocked on how big the place was and how nice everything looked inside. They have a lot of items that suit different needs. All the pastries look delicious too bad I couldn’t have any cause I had just ate. The two ladies at the front counter were very nice and explained the difference between the drinks. I asked them about. My drink of choice was a Hong Kong milk tea. It tasted amazing. The only bad thing was that I asked for Boba but they didn’t end up putting in it. Oh well I’ll try it next time. They have a very big lobby inside. I could only imagine how busy it gets on the weekend.
So a friend brought some 'samples' for us to try. Two egg cups and some pork buns. The egg cups, were delicious! The pastry was nice and smooth, the egg was not so sweet and perfectly creamy. I wished there was more of the custard, just because it was so yummy. The pork bun; Probably one of the best I have ever eaten. The bun was amazing; just hard enough on the outside to hold well, and gooey enough to blend with the shredded pork filling. Which was also delicious; just porky enough and not too sweet, and not sloppy with sauce. Stop by here and get some if you are close and they are open.
